By creating an account and using the Incometise platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service, including those acting on behalf of a business ("Businesses") and individuals performing tasks ("Freelancers").
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Businesses: You are solely responsible for the content of the campaigns you create, including descriptions, budgets, compensation details, and any materials provided to Freelancers (such as call scripts and lead files). You agree to provide accurate information and to have sufficient funds in your wallet to cover all campaign costs and freelancer payments.
Freelancers: You agree to perform tasks diligently and professionally. You are responsible for accurately logging call outcomes and any other required data. You acknowledge that payment is contingent upon the terms of the specific campaign and approval by the Business user.
Business users must fund their wallets to cover campaign costs. We may charge service fees for platform usage, wallet funding, or processing payouts, which will be disclosed at the time of the transaction. All payments to Freelancers are managed through the platform based on the compensation model of the accepted campaign and are subject to verification and approval. Freelancer payouts are subject to platform policies and applicable transaction fees.
You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Incometise a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with providing the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Incometise does not guarantee any specific results from using the Service. In no event shall Incometise be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
